For this, those interested in participating in said contest must submit the contribution they wish to present to the award between October 4 and November 15, so that the scientific commission in charge of its evaluation can proceed to study and define the qualification or award.

If the scientific contributions are to be published, you should contact the Congress Organization Secretary at congresosilver@emprendezamora.eu so that these works are reviewed and analyzed by the journal that will be in charge of their publication, promotion and scientific dissemination, once completed in Congress.

DEADLINES AND SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

- Registration as an assistant. Enrollment may mean a desire only for assistance. In which case the telematic deadline is until November 15th, 2020.

- Registration presenting work or contribution.In this case, the deadline for submission would be from October 4 to November 15.

SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE CONGRESS RULES FOR SUBMISSION

• All the signatories of the works must be registered in the Congress. The registration must be formalized before the submission of your contribution for assessment and / or admission of the same by the Scientific Committee.

• The submission of contributions must be done by email to psicoexgestion@gmail.com. Contributions received  by any other means will not be accepted.

• The contributions must be fully written and completed, following the  presentation formats of the APA and VANCOUVER Regulations.

• Contributions must be original and may be submitted in any language of the European Community in Latin characters. The official languages of the Congress will be Spanish, English and Portuguese.

• The deadline for submission of full contributions is before 20th November in the case of communications. As a result of the foregoing, for printing reasons, subsequent corrections will not be accepted. The submission will be made by email to the following address: psicoexgestion@gmail.com.

• Significant contributions exposed in Congress will be published in the magazine "International Journal of Developmental and Educational Psychology". 

PRESENTATION RULES FOR COMMUNICATIONS

The Communication will not exceed 4,500 words and will necessarily include the following information:

1. Title.

2. Author(s).

3. Author (s) identification data.

4. Abstract / Summary (mandatory in the language of the communication and in English).

5. Keywords (separated by semicolons).

6. Thematic area. Background of the topic to be discussed.

7. Research objectives.

8. Sample and / or participants.

9. Methodology and / or instruments used.

10. Results achieved.

11. Discussion.

12. Conclusions.

13. Bibliographic references according to APA regulations.

14. Curricular synthesis of each participant (maximum 80 words).

The first page of the Communication must include:

– Title (no more than 85 characters, including spaces).

– Full name(s) of the author(s) (first name followed by surnames).

– Center of origin along with the email of the author or first author.

– Summary (no more than 300 words) and keywords in Spanish or any other language of the European Community, plus Abstract in English (no more than 300 words), and also compulsorily the title, abstract and keywords (separated by semicolons) must appear in both languages.

The body of the manuscript must appear on the following pages, which sections must be drafted and arranged in strict accordance with the regulations of the APA Publications Style Manual, latest edition. Tables, figures and illustrations will be numbered consecutively and will be located within the text in a legible way.

The text of the communication will be sent as follows:

– WORD format.

– Font: Times New Roman.

– Size: 12 pt.

– Font Style: Normal.

– Single line spacing.

– Justified alignment.

– Paragraphs will be separated by blank spaces.

Accepted papers will be grouped into thematic tables by the Scientific Committee and each participant will be given 15 minutes for their presentation (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions). Links to the APA Rules:

DATES FOR COMMUNICATIONS:

– Acceptance response will be until November 15th, 2020.

POSTER

Posters are graphic presentations of a scientific, technological or professional work. At least one of the authors must be present during the exhibition of the poster to explain and discuss the content with the audience (time schedule to be indicated in the programme). The proposal and execution of the poster will include:

1. Title.

2. Author(s).

3. Center of Origin / Email.

4. Summary (required in the language of communication).

5. Keywords.

6. Background.

7. Goals.

8. Participants.

9. Method.

10. Results.

11. Conclusions.

Other details to consider:

1. The organization will provide the space for the poster.

2. The poster will usually have the following dimensions: 100 cm high by 80 cm wide (approx. DIN-A0), in vertical format. Recommendations: -Font: Arial or Helvetica (bold) -Size: 36 points (visibility at 1.5-2 meters).

3. The text submitted for possible publication, if so desired, will follow the same regulations following APA Standards as that used for articles, communications and presentations. AND IT WILL BE DONE WITH A SUMMARY of between 200 and 300 words, along with between 4 and 6 keywords, which will be published in a BOOK with ISBN and Legal Deposit.

4. In THE CASE OF ONLINE REGISTRATION, once the abstract is accepted, the PDF of the poster must be sent within the dates established for that purpose.

5. Posters will be certified WRITTEN COMMUNICATION.

6. The material of the poster accepted must be prepared by the author.

7. The author will be responsible for placing the poster in the place and date assigned to it, as well as for removing it. If the author does not remove it, it is understood that he/she has no interest in keeping it and, therefore, authorises the Congress Organising Committee to dispose of the material.

8. The poster must be referred to one of the thematic lines proposed in Congress.

SUBMISSION OF POSTER PROPOSALS:

– Submission of abstracts until November 5th, 2020.

– The acceptance response will be until November 15th, 2020.

– Submission of complete contribution until November 20th, 2020.

SYMPOSIUMS

Symposiums are sessions focused on a common theme or problem and logically consistent link between the different contributions and will be the central focus of the interventions of the participants. These are pre-planned sessions, in which the coordinator makes a summary at the beginning and offers an overview of the symposium topic. Each symposium must have at least a minimum of 5 presentations with their corresponding inscriptions, including that of the coordinator. The Symposium proposal must be sent through the congress website as soon as possible for organization purposes.

The coordinator must send compulsorily:

1) A single Word document that should include:

– The overall presentation of the Symposium (no more than 400 words).

– Title.

– Contact information.

– Presentation of each and every one of the complete communications (no more than 4500 words per communication), with their respective titles, names of speakers and summaries and Abstract following the APA Regulations.

2) In another separate document it must be included the coordinator's passport photo and his summary of curriculum. The maximum duration of each symposium-expositions and questions- will be 1 hour and 15 minutes.

DATES FOR PRESENTIAL SYMPOSIUMS:

– Submission of abstracts until November 5th, 2020.

– The acceptance response will be until November 15th, 2020.

– Submission of complete contribution until November 20th, 2020.

WORKSHOPS Workshops are meetings in small groups (máx.40 people), prepared to provide researchers, students and / or professionals with information and entertainment on technological or professional significant advances that mark directions for future research and / or professional exercise .

The proponent of the workshop should send compulsorily for publication: 1) In a single Word document that should include:

– Title of the Workshop.

– Presentation of the complete workshop, which should include:

Title.

Author/s.

Center of Origin / Email.

Summary and Abstract (mandatory in the language of communication and in English of no more than 300 words each).

Keywords.

Background information.

Goals.

Participants.

Method.

Results.

Conclusions.

2) In a separate document it must be sent:

– Passport-size photo.

– Curriculum Summary of the proponent of the workshop (200 words).There will be between an hour and an hour and a half for the presentation of each workshop.

The author / s is responsible for the necessary material for the development of the Workshop.

Authors registered in the Congress who present a Workshop that cannot be developed will be given the opportunity to present their contribution in the form of an oral communication, which must follow the publication regulations of the Congress.
